Dokk is built to support your practice's POPIA obligations. Your practice is the responsible party for its team's information and Dokk is your operator: we process it only to run the service, keep it encrypted and access-controlled, and never sell it. On Call holds no patient information. Theatre Lists works at procedure level and creates no patient records. If you upload a theatre slate, the original may contain patient details: it is stored encrypted and removed once imported, or within a day if it is not.
